Traction Pack or 12V? Here Is How to Tell
Depleted traction battery: the screens work, the car powers up, range reads 0 or near it, and you get a reduced-power or "unable to drive" warning. This is the common case and mobile charging fixes it.
Dead 12V battery: nothing wakes up. No screens, no interior lights, door handles may not respond, and the car may not unlock electronically. The traction pack could be at 80% and the car still will not start. This needs a 12V jump or replacement, not a charge.
